ENVIRONMENT DEVELOPERS S.A.S<\/strong>.empresa comprometida com a sustentabilidade, a conserva\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental e a inova\u00e7\u00e3o tecnol\u00f3gica a servi\u00e7o das comunidades, adota a presente Pol\u00edtica de Seguran\u00e7a da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o em conformidade com a Lei n\u00ba 1581 de 2012, com as normas da Superintend\u00eancia de Ind\u00fastria e Com\u00e9rcio e com as diretrizes da norma ISO\/IEC 27001:2022, como documento de refer\u00eancia de seu Sistema de Gest\u00e3o da Seguran\u00e7a da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o (SGSI).<\/p>

Esta Pol\u00edtica tem como finalidade proteger a confidencialidade, a integridade e a disponibilidade das informa\u00e7\u00f5es da Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, garantir o cumprimento dos requisitos legais, regulat\u00f3rios e contratuais aplic\u00e1veis e promover uma cultura de seguran\u00e7a na qual cada colaborador compreenda seu papel e atue de acordo com suas responsabilidades.<\/p>

Esta Pol\u00edtica aplica-se obrigatoriamente a todos os colaboradores, prestadores de servi\u00e7os, parceiros, fornecedores, volunt\u00e1rios e terceiros autorizados que tenham acesso \u00e0s informa\u00e7\u00f5es da Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, em qualquer formato e por meio de quaisquer de suas plataformas, dispositivos ou locais de trabalho, abrangendo todas as fases do ciclo de vida da informa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>

A Environment Developers S.A.S. est\u00e1 comprometida com a prote\u00e7\u00e3o dos direitos \u00e0 privacidade, ao bom nome e \u00e0 intimidade dos titulares dos dados pessoais. Por essa raz\u00e3o, todas as suas atividades ser\u00e3o regidas pelos princ\u00edpios da confidencialidade, integridade e disponibilidade, privacidade, conformidade legal, gest\u00e3o baseada em riscos, seguran\u00e7a desde a concep\u00e7\u00e3o, privil\u00e9gio m\u00ednimo, conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o e melhoria cont\u00ednua.<\/p>

Os titulares poder\u00e3o acessar, atualizar, retificar ou excluir suas informa\u00e7\u00f5es, revogar a autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o concedida e apresentar consultas ou reclama\u00e7\u00f5es de acordo com os procedimentos estabelecidos. No tratamento das informa\u00e7\u00f5es, ser\u00e1 assegurado cuidado especial com os dados pessoais sens\u00edveis e com os direitos priorit\u00e1rios das crian\u00e7as e dos adolescentes.<\/p>

O cumprimento desta Pol\u00edtica \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3rio, e seu descumprimento poder\u00e1 resultar em medidas disciplinares e responsabilidades civis, penais ou administrativas, conforme o caso, bem como na rescis\u00e3o dos contratos com prestadores de servi\u00e7os e fornecedores.<\/p>
