Environment Developers S.A.S., a company committed to risk management and to safeguarding the interests of its stakeholderscomplies with the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012 and Regulatory Decree 1377 of 2013 by adopting this Personal Data Processing Policy.

The purpose of this Policy is to ensure the proper handling of the personal information of clients, suppliers, employees, and any other individuals with whom the Company currently has or may establish a commercial, contractual, or employment relationship.

Environment Developers S.A.S. is committed to protecting the rights to privacy, reputation, and personal integrity of data subjects. Accordingly, all personal data processing activities shall be governed by the principles of legality, purpose limitation, accuracy, data quality, transparency, restricted access and circulation, security, and confidentiality.

Furthermore, they may withdraw their consent whenever they believe that the processing of their personal data does not comply with applicable constitutional and legal principles, rights, and safeguards.
